CIPROX AQUA® is an antimicrobial with bactericidal action, its active ingredient belongs to the most powerful fluoroquinolones group. It has a recognized activity against gram-negative microorganisms , including strains difficult to control, Gram Positive , microorganismos and Mycoplasma.
Ciprofloxacin is the active metabolite of enrofloxacin, which means that CIPROX AQUA® quickly starts its action avoiding metabolic steps.
CIPROX AQUA® is a soluble powder to be used medicated in drinking water.
Indications
CIPROX AQUA® is indicated in pigs and birds for the control and treatment of gastrointestinal and/or respiratory ingections, caused by ciprofloxacin -sensitive microorganisms such as Gram negative bacteria; Bordetella bronchiseptica, Haemophilus spp, Pasteurella multocida, E.coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and Mycoplasma hiorpihinis..
